This is Rick Clark. He runs Giving Back Spokane on Facebook, which saved many businesses during covid by his page being able to rally the community. He also was on the Mike Rowe show and honored for his giving back packs program for the homeless.

Nice to see a genuine act of generosity. For a waitress who likely depends on tips to pay the bills this will make a big difference. Too often you see videos that are obviously staged and "made for clicks". This looks 100% legit.
