I've done the equivalent of this for 30 yrs, but eventually sold enough art to by a series of vans and then busses. Live comfortably up in the mountains off-grid in a school bus now. I don't have much, but I answer to knowone and have more liberty than most can imagine.

I do feel his pain in some ways I mean, I feel bad for people because rent is so high. I’m not a renter but I see the prices. Hopefully that will come down soon.🙏
