He should have his documents in his language ,we have more than 1 official language in South Africa. A Chinese leader don't change their language you either understand or get a translator.

@kabelodick Yes he could have asked the question in his language. But last I checked not many documents in parliament are written in all languages. So now we pay for a parliamentarian to do what in parliament.
