I'm in November, just before the Kyoto trip (literally my next day) and my Academics is still at 5. It's almost painful because I've maxed Yukari and I've done like Rank 7 with Fuuka.

I maxed out both charm and courage around before july. And by mid August academics was already done. Its a whole lot easier to get everything maxxed out if you spend time grinding xp and $ in the dungeons in fewer days. It even gives you more time to max out on your social links.
