But afande, that shows me that this traffic officer has nothing disturbing him at home because am sure if that officer had something not right at home, they would be preparing a burrial for that lady now.

Afande you believe in violence. Just imagine if the officer had retaliated by beating up the lady how would the society react to it?.

It was a woman so the traffic officer restrained himself. The same wouldn't be said if he was slapped by a man.

He tends to think you are greater than the likes of Amini, Sadam, Gadaffi. It's because Ugandans are civil, but many things he belong to the stone-age and have no place in a modernised civil society.

How come that state house driver of the double cabin we saw verbally insulting a traffic officer hasn’t been brought to record😂 the same government is teaching its citizens to be indisciplined .

But he supports this and soldiers killing civilians
