Good rule for life: be bold!

Amazing advice, as always! I did a bit of digging and found the original podcast here for anyone interested.

Your book was amazing I was an avid reader back then but never came across the title when i was searching for good self help books. Later I read a bunch and I felt like I'm understanding social life and gaining priceless knowledge. late for me but not for young folks out!

Bold and Courageous. We can't just sit back and watch the world go by. Keep learning and trying every day. If you make a mistake, learn from it. Try something different and make new mistakes. It all adds up to hard gained knowledge and eventually wisdom.

Bold doesn't mean reckless. It means being willing to act before certainty shows up

Love this, but being bold gets messy. Took a big chance on a job change once and nearly chickened out at the last minute. Ever have a time when being bold seriously backfired? Or does it always work out for you?

Be bold

But how could we learn not to be cocky but bold - I think there's a distiction?

For me, that's the most important lesson in this book: to act boldly.

Boldness changes the entire math of life.

“Crush your enemy totally” is often misunderstood as promoting cruelty. I see it as a reminder not to leave problems unresolved. Whether a bad habit, fear, or recurring conflict, dealing with it completely is wiser than letting it return stronger.
