Good Samaritan returns lost wallet and then this happens:

I don't know about anyone else, but if I ever lose my wallet I would be happy to give all the cash in it as a reward for everything else.

So, instead of emptying the wallet and saying, “Hey, I found your wallet,” he kept everything intact. I would have asked him to take all the money — at least $50 for his trouble. The homeowner clearly doesn't deserve his time or effort.

He brings my IDs and credit cards back, he can have the cash. Happy to send him away on an Uber.
