Good, he was reaching for the gun as he was running. Slow it down frame by frame you’ll see.

Shot in back never looks good but was a credible threat. Suspect can unholster turn and shoot in a blink.

Bad. You can’t use lethal force when someone’s running away like that.

I personally think it was good. The cop didn't empty the mag. Stopped the threat and it sounded like he started aids. But who am I?

Guess we don’t know the whole story. But he didn’t brandish the weapon he just took off. Those death moans. He done. Good shot.

While everyone is guessing based on a fish eye lens camera, there is a legal standard. The police can legally shoot someone running away in specific circumstances. They would have to prove that if he got away, he would be a danger to others and stopping him was necessary. We also cannot play the quick draw game. It’s not a matter if he began to pull the gun or if he had it in his hand or else. The police don’t have to have a gun pointed at them before they can shoot to protect themselves, again very specific circumstances that have to be articulated by the officer. We’ve become very accustomed to watching police shootings and rendering a final judgment, but if you follow up on a lot of of these cases, we’ve seen over the years you’ll find that most keyboard warrior are actually wrong. There is absolutely no way to tell if this is a good or bad shoot based on only watching this video alone.
