So, by design, people are posting pictures of when they're really happy, they're modifying those pictures to be better looking, even if they're not modifying the pictures, they're at least selecting the pictures for the best lighting, the best angle, so people basically seem way better looking than they basically really are, and they're way happier seeming than they really are. So, if you look at everyone on Instagram, you might think, man, all these happy, beautiful people, and I'm not that good looking, and I am not happy, so I must suck, you know. And that's gonna feel sad. So, when in fact those people you think are super happy, actually not that happy. Some of them are really depressed, they're very sad people."

Talking about the special stages on gayo daejeon Mai: This time Jeemin, Ko-chan, and Jungeun, the three of them did a special stage.. You know how I get to see them preparing hard and practicing hard, right?We research a lot and do a lot of monitoring, talking with each other about how we'd think this part would be better done this way, that's how we prepare. So on stage they're so cool, so pretty, so good at it, that I'm just so proud. Genuinely. Our members are the best. Really... Aren't they so cool? No, I'm just... Even looking at it objectively, our members are just so cool, they do so well on stage that I just go "wah.." I'm really being serious. I'm not just saying it. It's not because I'm an izna member too, just looking at it objectively, aren't they so good? The members, at performing. So really, I keep thinking I need to work really hard, get a good influence from them too, and I really hope (these performances) reaches a lot of people and they get to see it, really.. I think everyone will agree with this
