Talent hardly build. Mostly, they work . Average guys build more. In fact, top talents work for averagely talented guys. Check Zuckerberg, Jeff, etc, he mentioned. They are basically average guys. Because top talent confirms and wants order, they hardly challenge the statusquo. World renowned entrepreneurs are Average guys, infact some of them are bench warmers back in high school.

@VusiThembekwayo Hey dude, I don't know your background...in fact, I don't need to know that. What's important is to appreciate you for your thorough understanding of the African situation. You so aptly and eloquently encapsulated the problem with Africans in a 9 minute video....so amazing 👏

@VusiThembekwayo This is so true. You have got to work 10 times more if you don’t want to go down that road.

@VusiThembekwayo Very true @VusiThembekwayo . It’s not just top talent leaving, the pple who know they will become top performance in another country are also leaving . A lot of ppl who were considered no-goods in Africa are doing extremely well in Europe

@VusiThembekwayo You just described Zimbabwean situation. Successful people who worked hard for their money left Zim. Those "doing well" in Zim are only doing well its because of their proximity to power. They get tenders, exploit a weak economic situation and that's why they support Zanu pf.

@VusiThembekwayo Competence driven versus connection driven economies. This is brilliant

@VusiThembekwayo Spot on! Africa doesn’t reward competence & it’s just sad 😞.This is why wealth in xtries like Uganda where I come from can never be generational. Wealth lasts political regimes! Our hope is in our generation changing the narrative. Looking for sustainable ways to create wealth
