Virginia's tough. It's Maryland's older sister, and is huge. Vast swaths of rural, hardened, mountainous folk. I say the following without hyperbole: the top 100 tech companies imported 10 million Asians into NoVA and the Dept. of Transport gave them the ability to vote. Fuck VA.
