It's still 3 seconds cooldown on the web snare. The visual is misleading. It applies a 6-second debuff on the target. You need to reapply the web to stun the target within this time frame.

From my understanding, Peni is great at harassing a single person and stunning them, but switching targets is worse. Pick your least favorite and don't let them have any fun basically.

You do know that every support has a sub 1 second unreactable CC or imminity ability.

Yeah I just hopped on, seems to be the same stun rate you just need to hit the two webs to get it. Once they are tagged they can get stunned at the same rate as before.

The thing is, she's still nerfed but the problem is worse. Now she can't stop fast dive characters or stop ults, but she can chain stun big targets even better than before...

She still can stop dive , just hit your shots , and cancel ults with your other means like her shield that blocks most ults

I think, i could be wrong, but the tracer goes away after damage. So unless no one does damage at all to them it might still be a nerf
