what's with the focus on claude annihilating existing tools, do you think that's a sustainable strategy for them in the long run, especially with claude cowork taking down manus?

Claude is exceptional for the stateless/reasoning layer. A CRM is the stateful layer: data schema, permission, audit logs, message sync, etc. It’s a different job and I’m not sure if they really have that big of an edge on that front (besides ofc distribution)
