👋💳 Goodbye, SWIFT. First, let’s talk about how BRICS is moving forward to implement a cross-border payments system. creating an alternative system to the current US-led system, which is often weaponized to hurt anyone who disobeys the US Empire. ✍️ The declaration from Rio de Janeiro reads, “We task... show more

🚨🇺🇸💰 “Losing the dollar as the global currency will be like losing a world war” - Trump on why he will impose tariffs on BRICS members. But here’s how BRICS+ is irreversibly moving towards de-dollarization and democratization of global finance. @Kanthan2030🧵👇

🇺🇸💸 No US President has weaponized the US dollar and has broken international rules like Trump. 🤥 Worse, his actions related to the dollar are completely hypocritical and illogical. 🤔 For one, he wants a zero trade deficit with the rest of the world. If that happens, how will the other countries get hold of the US dollar to trade? They cannot! The only way for the dollar to be the world currency is for the US to run a trade deficit with everyone. 🤦♂️ Thus, Trump fails economics 101. Plus, all his tariffs are in violation of the WTO rules -- for global trade -- that were written by the US itself. 2/10

💡🇺🇸🇷🇺 Trump lacks introspection and thus fails to understand that the reason a stunning 16 countries have joined BRICS in the last three years – as full or partner members – is because the US stole about $400 billion of Russia’s foreign exchange reserves. 💵 Thus, if Trump wants the world to have confidence in the US-led system, he should return the money to Russia immediately. 🇺🇸🚩 Plus, the US should end unilateral sanctions on other countries – Russia, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea etc. In fact, most developing nations have at least a few people or corporations under US sanctions. Ironically, Marco Rubio complained that de-dollarization means the end of the US’ ability to sanction countries. Well, the US is accelerating that process by acting like the Mafia. 3/10

🇺🇸📉 Another reason that the world wants to decouple from the US dollar is because of the unsustainable American debt and excessive money-printing. 💡 If the world keeps using the USD for trade and FOREX, the US can keep living off the Fugazi economy. Print/borrow trillions to create artificial wealth and an absurd stock market worth $60 trillion. Finally, the US will never-ever pay back its debt. The central banks of Japan, China etc. will just get the interest payments on the debt, which will keep getting rolled over every few years. 🤔 How is this Ponzi scheme fair to the rest of the world? 4/10

🇺🇸🪖 Furthermore, the extraordinary privilege of the dollar – as the French leader rightly phrased it in the 1960s – allows the US to fund a massive and imperialist military that occupies sovereign nations around the world and wages endless wars of choice. Without the King Dollar, would the US be able to fund Nazis in Ukraine for a proxy war against Russia? Of course, not. 💸 The tyranny of the US military industrial complex will only end when the dollar is just like any other currency and Americans learn to work hard and save like others. 🤔 Why should Indians and Chinese assemble iPhones for $1 or $2 an hour, while Americans can buy a $1000 iPhone on credit? 5/10

🌐♟️ So, what is BRICS’ strategy to escape from this American trap? It’s three-fold: 1. Create a BRICS Pay system that allows member countries to trade with one another in local currencies 2. Expand the role of the New Development Bank (NDB) – or the BRICS Bank, as it is fondly called – to issue development/infrastructure loans at low rates for member countries. Moreover, unlike the IMF, there is no debt trap or conditions of privatization for the loans. This is freedom from the chokehold of neoliberalism. 3. Eventually create a BRICS Currency, which will only be used for trade. Unlike the Euro, the BRICS Currency will not replace sovereign currencies. 6/10

🏛️💰 Next, the “BRICS Bank” which could rival the IMF and the World Bank. 🇺🇸🇨🇳 While the US propaganda accuses China of “debt trap,” the real mastermind tools of debt trap are the two post-WW2 globalist institutions in Washington DC. The World Bank is always headed by an American; the IMF is always headed by a European; and the US has veto power in both. 💡 Worse, these two “banks” act as Trojan horses for Western takeover of developing nations. You see, they hand out loans that can never be paid back. And when eventually, a developing nation fails to make a payment and don’t have US dollar to trade – say, buy oil and gas in the global market – the IMF/World Bank will come and tell the countries: “We will lend you dollars, but you must privatize banks, corporations, media, water, electricity, ports, mines etc.” This is how the soft coup and neo-colonialism happen. ✊ This is why the New Development Bank (NDB) from BRICS will be a revolutionary concept for the developing countries. The NDB is based out of Shanghai, and the head of it is former Brazilian President, Dilma Rousseff. 🚀 It’s time to get rid of vulture finance and help the Global South enjoy development and progress. 8/10

⚠️ The BRICS currency is a political landmine, so we cannot be sure when it will be achieved. 🇺🇸🚩 If Trump is openly threatening countries to not de-dollarize, one can imagine the ominous threats being used behind closed doors. Consider that Saddam Hussein wanted to ditch the dollar in favor of the Euro before Iraq was invaded; and Gaddafi wanted to create a gold-backed African currency before Libya was destroyed. 💰📉 De-dollarization is a serious threat to the US Empire. As Trump has blurted out, if the dollar loses its global status: 1. The US will become a third-world country 2. It will be like the US losing a world war. 👉 This is why de-dollarization must happen. And this is also why we need to be patient, since countries will embrace it in small steps in order to not face the wrath of the US deep state or the military. 9/10

📊 No reserve currency lasts forever. 💬 “The world has changed. We don't want an emperor. We are sovereign countries” – Brazilian President Lula on Trump’s temper tantrums, tariffs, and threats against BRICS. 🔄 The de-dollarization movement is happening all across the world and cannot be stopped. Central banks are dumping the dollar and shifting to gold. The Chinese yuan is also gaining traction and becoming widely accepted around the world for trade and as an asset in foreign exchange reserves. More than 90% of Russia’s trade with other BRICS+ members is now conducted in ruble and other non-dollar currencies. ASEAN countries are implementing tools to dedollarize tourism and trade. India is promoting the rupee. Africa is setting up systems for the use of local currencies in intra-African trade. The tsunami of changes is undeniable. 🇺🇸📉 Moreover, the US economy is slowly imploding under debt. BRICS+ is the outcome of America acting like a rogue nation. BRICS+ is also a natural evolution of geopolitics. No one country should be endowed with dictatorial powers. Let the democratization of global finance and trade begin. 🙏 Let us welcome a multipolar world of equal partners and equal opportunities. 10/10

@Kanthan2030 True, now is the time of the multi-polar world. Unipolar West imperialism time is over.

Génial 👍👍
