8-minute tutorials are the wrong unit of measurement here. the real constraint isn't building your first agent - it's knowing what to do on minute 9, when it breaks in a way the tutorial never covered and you're staring at a stack trace with no map.

Eight minutes is a great entry point. Making agent building feel approachable could bring many more people from curiosity into actually experimenting.
