If Hollywood wants to dig themselves out of the rut they are in, they need to do more slapstick. Would love to see more Naked Gun, Airplane, History of the World Pt 2, etc.

This is from Police Squad, which lasted four episodes (although six were filmed) on air back in the early '80s. From the producers of Airplane! and The Naked Gun trilogy, its humor was perhaps a bit dry for prime time. I, however, loved it!
