Winning isn’t all that and neither is losing. It’s just something that happens. It’s the outcome. What really matters is the effort you put in and the journey you go through. I would say: Take a break if you’ve been stuck in something for too long. That’s actually why I stepped away for a while. I literally retired, and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Through that retirement, I realized that I’m a bit of a creative person. I have ideas, my own sense of fashion, and I can be a little stubborn about it. So I came back to share all of my art. I love choreography and moving to music. I love to dance, and I do it on my own terms, no one tells me what to do. Even now, I still take breaks. And I think that’s the best way to do it. — Alysa Liu.

Q : what do you think is the most difficult challenge you have faced this year that has made you stronger after a long time? #CHANYEOL : "wouldn't it be my 2nd album and my japan debut album? i prepared 12 songs at the same period of time, but to be honest, i don't consider it a difficult challenge because i really had fun working on them.. ah!! i do have one! a challenge i faced this year that made me stronger.. for me, it's git it up! git it up! was it february? ah, january! at the start of january. suho hyung and i did the git it up stage together at smtown. i think it was really a difficult challenge because we never had the chance to perform as EXO, just the two of us. i really had a lot of worries. but our performance was given so much love, many people liked it. it made me feel really good and gave me the motivation to keep on showing even more different sides of me in the future!"

The beginning of romance can be a little wild. I have been know to do extremely impractical things to make a relationship work. Like travel across the globe to be with the one I love for just one day. IT HURTS SO BAD 😭💔 ❓️ do you two have your own ways to recharge when you are exhausted and having a tough time? 🐧 actually, I also went to the Wee class until middle school 🐧 I can understand this because I also had a lot of doubts about human relationships. “You're not entitled to get what you want. I love you. You're entitled to earn what you're willing to go work for. And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. Because this team is full of very positive people who have great energy and talk to people, not about them.’ And we solve problems. We don't complain. We don't get defensive. We're real. behind of yesterday’s tiktok ⭐️ 🐰 the ‘tree’ challenge that i did yesterday…i did it because i wanted to 🐰 as soon i saw it, i was like “i need to do this” it’s so funny 🐰 that’s actually not what i was going to film that day, it was supposed to be a sexy challenge but i’m not really good at those kind of challenges where you have to be like “look at my sexiness”, even with performances i prefer doing something that’s more light so i told them that there was something else i wanted to do instead of that one and they asked me what i wanted to do so i showed them the ‘tree’ challenge and said that that’s what i wanted to do 🐰 we actually save the ones that we’d like to do and bring it with us so we can show it to them 🐰 when i showed it to them, they loved it and were like the “let’s do this! let’s do it right away!” 🐰 i wasn’t going to film a challenge that day so it was a very sudden filming and i was wearing sandals…something like slippers with nothing covering my heels so they kept coming off my feet when i was doing the step 🐰 i think i filmed it about 5 times, i filmed it many times 🐰 “you should’ve done the sexy one” i mean…i can do it if i have to but i’m not good at it…doing something sexy on stage is fine but being like “wow look at me 😏” is not something i particularly like either 🐰 i like doing light performances and i think that’s what suits me as well 🐰 each person has something that suits them 🐰 yeonjun hyung & beomgyu are excessively coy when they’re on stage and they’re people that suit that kind of thing but i feel like i’m not someone that suits it 🐰 i think i suit light concepts better 🐰 i don’t know about suiting because everyone will have a different opinion but i personally like that better!

A few days ago Jerod McDaniel shared a quote along the lines of “horses made for war don’t dance well at weddings” I think there are a lot of people like myself that know how plants… or livestock.. or a pasture or even building a house or pouring concrete work. We just want to do what we do. The weather worked out well this year for this. We’re going to be 👍 I could grow about anything, but I like to do it my own way. I sometimes wish I didn’t have to predict or guess what people will do… or markets… and the all the corresponding things that entails. I know you can’t just do your craft, but sometimes you want to just immerse yourself in something you have a more complete understanding of. I watch people like Adam Chappell do this with cotton. Zack Smith come up with farmonius designs Intergrazing livestock. We could do so much cool shit, if only we could just have the local markets, infrastructure… if the average person could have that connection and means to trade with the local farm / farmer that just wanted to just do it…be him or herself Maybe I left you hanging with the main idea here. I think there are a lot of different people who are really good at different things, but many of us have to sand off our edges that give us our edge. I love to think in the lens of the 🌱

I believe this building will have lots of new facilities. I asked your principal, 'Madam, what facilities do you provide?' And she named a whole bunch that even I didn't have in my school. So, I must compliment all of you; you are going to have this AI facility here, which is hopefully going to open even new frontiers and opportunities for you. So use these opportunities well. Your teachers and your parents make a lot of sacrifices for you to be here, to learn, to grow and to have a strong future. We must always respect what other people do for us and respect their participation in making us what we are. By the time you leave school, you may not have a full idea of what your life will be like. What will your future be? But you will have a good idea of who you are going to be as a person for the rest of your life. So, if that idea of yourself can include love for others, can include kindness towards others, can include honesty, can include the worth of working hard for your living and earning without having to cheat or lie, then I think you will be on the right path and you will have a successful and fulfilling life.
