I know they are frozen, and the EU has stated it will use the interest from this money to rebuild Ukraine. But shouldn't all this money go to Ukraine's recovery to ensure that Putin no longer has access to it? - I think this is all part of the negotiations with President Putin, so I don't believe we should confiscate them immediately. That's what distinguishes at least our belief system and our approach from the current administration. I thought it was one of his strongest speeches today. I don't know if any of you have been to the Ukraine House, but when you walk in, there's this beautiful video. I didn't know what it meant at first—I walked in and out two or three times without pausing. I've got four young kids, and there are two kids on the screen: two beautiful young girls who were kidnapped. They finally found them, brought them back home, and the video shows the two beautiful young girls waking up for the first time back home in their beds. That's what this war is about—human beings. Yeah, it's about human dignity, free expression. It's about democracy, it's about Europe. It's about all the values we hold dear. It's about the alliance, but also the preciousness of life.
