frankly gordon is wrong about that. i’ve tried it both ways so many times and it’s way better to salt them when you’re beating the eggs and then let it sit till the salt dissolves before cooking. check out chef Jean Pierre’s video on scrambled eggs, he knows what’s up.

Not into this version of “chunky cum” eggs. Needs to cook em a hint longer or just don’t scramble in the first place and do runny yolks like a man.
