Got a bit personal on #BBCPoliticsLive today because this stuff really matters to me. I will always advocate for those with dyslexia & from lower income backgrounds, not least because I know exactly how that feels.

I applaud you for trying Sarah, but you can keep knocking on the #JonathanGullis door for ever and a day, there's never anyone in.

Nicely put, I've seen that look on his face many times before when people use reason and words with more than four letters. Thankfully he has no influence over the education of our nation anymore. #Gullis

Your last line was the best one - "if I get bad grades but have rich parents, I don't have to have the loan. That's not right." 👏🏻👍🏻

Thank you @SarahChampionMP for having the courage to speak about the obstacles you had to overcome with dyslexia, a very common hidden disability. Many students may find your journey inspirational. #EducationMatters #EveryMindMatters #SENDMatters

Well done! Be interesting to see how Gullis gets on as an ex MP next year. Don’t imagine we’ll be hearing from him again

@juliasuzanne76 You did well. Making clear how good apprenticeships can be, May be done without stopping folk taking a degree if that's what they really want. It doesn't have to be one or the other.
