Got some free tokens until august so i decided to use Fable to completely get rid of the steering deadzone in Gran Turismo 2 so i can play it with a wheel. It also has an FFB hook that reads car state values from memory. Still a bit rough (there are some weird bugs) but it's pretty usable and fun to drive with
