On this day in 2006, we released the Here It Goes Again music video. This video cost less than $5,000 and was shot in 17 very sweaty takes, but it took us to the Grammys, the VMAs, and to the email inboxes of millions of people (you couldn’t share videos to social media back then). 20 years later, we actually now can share this to social media. Enjoy!

A couple of years ago I went through a very painful experience. I was very seriously depressed for months and had a hard time getting out of bed. With the help of good people, and a lot of hard work I got out on the other side stronger than I've ever been. To celebrate this victory, today I'm releasing my cover of Bob Dylan's I Shall Be Released. It's a song that got me through many hard days and nights. Maybe it can give hope to someone else that's struggling now.

Years ago I got a skull and crossbones tattoo with my buddies in the Marine Corps. I was appalled to learn it closely resembled a Nazi symbol. I altered it yesterday, into something that isn't deeply offensive to my core beliefs. I am very sorry to all of you who had to contemplate a symbol of hate over the past 48 hours.

UFO / UAP over my neighborhood…just got this 3 second clip…by the time I got my phone out to record it was going over the building…I sprinted around the little building (maybe 10 seconds) to get a clear shot of it - and it was completely gone.
