@GenuisHealth This is the most inappropriate way to repair a patch. I can imagine. Just cut a nice square hole and put a new sheet of drywall in it. You have a 2 x 4 behind it tack it in tape it texture it and paint it. Stop with the ghetto repair work

you would use drywall and not foam for this repair
