Um, I finished this song in like the end of June, I think. […] I think Aperture it's track one on the album. It was the last song that was made for the record. It was kind of when we were at our most free I think making music and was just like this is the first song that I played to people when I'm when I showed them what the new music sounds like that it just felt like the obvious ended up feeling like the obvious choice of what should come first. I think the idea of opening up and kind of being the doorway into that kind of transition felt like that's what I wanted to communicate. Funnily enough, I just said this in a video today. I said Max likely appreciates DOA and Itagaki's work, but isn't a fan of the series. It is on you if you don't understand the definitions of the words being used. If I say I'm not a fan of the series, it doesn't necessarily mean I dislike it.

Justin Fields on how he feels average time to throw is not a "credible" stat: #Jets "I don't really look at stats if I'm being honest with you. I'm not on social media. My job is to put as many points up on the board, whether that's the least amount of time to throw or that's the most. I feel like that's not a good indicator cause you've got guys that scramble & then they count that, so pocket passers will have the least time to throw because they scramble the least. I remember one of my years in Chicago they said I had the longest time to throw too, but at the same time I'm scrambling behind the line of scrimmage, so of course they're gonna count that, so I don't think that's a credible stat for the QB position if I'm being honest with you."

The most successful traders and investors are gonna be in a drawdown most of the time. Like even this year, even though I'm up at least 500%, I've spent half of the year in a drawdown, at least. So expecting to be like peak equity all the time, it's just not gonna happen. You're gonna spend most of your time in a drawdown, even on a really good year. That's just how it works. You just need to realize it and you need to accept it. Look at something like AMZN, one of the best stocks like ever, in the history of the world. It's up what? 200,000% since the IPO. Now look at the amount of time it's been in a drawdown. out of the 23 years it's been public, it was in a drawdown for 15 years. NFLX out of 8 years, it has been in a drawdown almost half of the time. Being in a drawdown is normal. It’s not an anomaly. The question is how big of a drawdown are you gonna be in. I try to limit my drawdowns to 10-15% but sometimes they become more severe than that. Drawdowns, it's the nature of the game. If you want to have big returns, you are going to have drawdowns. If you don't have drawdowns, it means you don't take any risk. And if you don't take any risk, you won't have any returns.”
