I updated the app 2~3 weeks ago and I didn’t receive all the epic equips level 15. In one of my accounts, I receive the Snake Bracelet and another 2 accounts, I received the Queen Monolitic Arrow I guess the Queen Monolitic Arrow is not in the equip list but the Bracelet is.

I still haven’t managed to get even 3–4 Epic gear pieces, and Hero Journey only upgraded 3 items I already had. Pretty disappointing.😡🔥🔥

Guys, I have (almost)maxed 15 accounts. I didn’t get all the epics when they first came out. If there is one you really want, it will be available again. It may be a special event or the bimonthly medal event. It isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. Patient consistent play is the way

I didn't receive the hero equipment I should have on the journey. I have sent over 10 messages and not received any response. This is just disrespectful and makes me dislike this company. Really sucks I like the game

I do have questions, my main one being is why is it so broken and why did I miss out on so many rewards, and why can't I claim any future rewards? Why is this one of the most anticipated, and disappointing updates at the same time?

I hope a new hero will be added soon so I can attack with different heroes. ⚔️🚬
