day 23 of forking Paperclip today i added knowledge bases for projects and you company. based on Andrej Karpathy idea below. added a 'system chores' and 'agent chores' to manage memory. after each heartbeat run memories get added ('agent chores') and every 4 hours memeries get managed. This is in a db with an API for all agents to use and is seperated form the agents memeroes which they get at instantiation time.

So people naturally have questions when they see videos like this (came from their reddit). The examples they've showed reminded me a lot of those AI generated filter videos on top of GTA V, except that now it is supposed to run in real-time. Honestly, I don't like this current look at all

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

The answer isn’t running it’s just looking past the hard part and seeing a goal. the work sucks but the reward is what we are looking for. when I started the run club events, I never thought I would bring together so many people for 9 am parties.. trust me we are inherently night people. we have everybody from 7 yr old kids to groups of moms running 6 minute miles ..
