Q: What does a yes vote actually do, in plain English, so that people understand? Gov. Abigail Spanberger: What it does is it says Virginia is taking the temporary, responsive, and responsible step of pushing back against other states trying to stack the deck for Trump. A yes vote is our way to stand up and ensure that efforts in other states do not go unmatched.

This morning, Governor Abigail Spanberger said she would take Republican members of Congress' concerns more seriously if they spoke out against redistricting efforts in other states. “It wasn’t until their individual House seats seemed in doubt, or precisely, their actual reelection to Congress seemed in doubt, that they decided to have any opposition to redistricting efforts in our country," Spanberger said.

Former U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken: I think what we're seeing in so many places, in so many ways, is the bottom dropping out in support for the United States and seeing the United States as a credible leader that other countries want to work with and follow. Polls showing that China is considered more reliable, more trustworthy. The United States is considered an adversary by countries like Germany. We're seeing similar numbers in other countries across Europe, Korea, Japan and other places.

Q: "'How is George going to vote on abortion rights, how is George going to vote on LGBTQ...' What is your response to that?" A: "I'll give you an example, on abortion — I fully support the Women's Health Protection Act ... that would basically make sure that women have the right to terminate or continue an abortion through viability, and protect physicians and other health care professionals from the absolutely absurd things that are going on in some states."

JD VANCE on IRAN Negotiations: We made a lot of progress, but we also made very clear, and I think this is part of the progress we made, what the terms where the United States could make some accommodation, what terms we were flexible on, and what things we absolutely needed to see in order for the President of the United States to feel like he was getting a good deal.
