Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) says “a school district would be totally within their rights” to confiscate students' cellphones during classes.

Uh, he's right. The district I work for has that policy: "All cell phones and electronic devices must be stored out of sight while in the classroom. The unauthorized use or operation of cell phone or other electronic device will result in confiscation."

How will they will say goodbye to their family during the next school shooting and or record their teacher pushing white supremacy 🤨

No, due to school shootings my child will have a phone at all times!!!!!

No thanks. If I had children in school, I would want that they have a cell phone in case of emergency...such as the school shooting that occurred again today.
