The service was launched today in starting with Seroma High School in Mukono. Good news for commuters in Scotland. From today, peak rail fares have been scrapped across Scotland's rail network. The Scottish government says the £40m move is to encourage people to switch from cars to trains. Commuters will pay less to travel in the mornings or evenings, with the price of a return ticket between Glasgow and Edinburgh at peak times dropping from £32.60 to £16.80.

In a letter, the taxi association instructed parents to visit their nearest taxi ranks, where they will be assisted with transport to ferry their children.
