We need this re-orientation. And only a sincere person like Otti can do it. They have to sensitize and appeal to the conscience of those market women so they will understand and accept the need for an organized society. Many of them have not seen or known it before. All the humans in Abia born since 1999 and should be about 27 years today may never have seen this type of development happening in Abia today. It may look strange and wrong to them. Because all they have known is chaos and disorderliness. But with the continued effort of Alex Otti in the right direction a responsible, clean and organized Abia is possible.
