That is always their response. “this is not the day to talk about it“. It’s a good thing to say to people when you want them to go away and shame them at the same time for their concern. 🤮 people, 🗳️💙 for your children.

This is the day it’s the most important. Get angry and take action. Why keep allowing the same thing to happen over and over again. Express that outrage that this was allowed to happen. We must learn “gun control.” We have a real Problem in this country.

This rioter obstructed law enforcement and blocked the driveway so vehicles could not enter or exit the ICE facility creating a public safety threat for our officers and detainees. He blatantly disobeyed law enforcement orders to remain off federal property. Does the The Oregonian plan to also report on this individual yelling he “hopes somebody kills you guys and if they do, we should give them the medal of freedom” to our law enforcement? This violence against law enforcement must END. We will not be deterred by rioters. Law and order will prevail.

To save this country I think it is zero tolerance policies that need to come into play. This has to come into play from top to bottom. It is not just about gun crime and knife crime, we must show a zero tolerance approach to things like phone theft. We need to hold people to account so people can uphold a certain policy and law.

Thoughts and prayers have done nothing, it’s time to act. Gun violence is the leading cause of death for kids in this country. It doesn’t have to be this way. There are real actions that we all can take to prevent tragedies. We need to stop normalizing gun violence.

Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem refuses to say how much it will cost to borrow the $25B sovereign wealth fund, Canada Strong Fund; "It's really a question for the government. The government announced the plan. The government is going to need a funding plan to go with that." Not impressed with this answer. Never mind that the bond rates are public, BoC is the fiscal agent that auctions the debt-bonds. He knows exactly what the range is and refuses to answer. Canadians deserve transparency & honesty. It's our money.

They were abhorrent, and I think that they, once again, reiterate that you can't come into this job, if you are espousing death on a political enemy, the death of law enforcement. And I believe, just as I've always believed that that disqualifies him for the job. The next administration's going to have to figure out how to deal with that because they have law enforcement, that they're going to need to make sure, feel good about doing the job. They're going to have to make sure that parents with children feel safe. And that's going to be a challenge going forward. My position has not changed, that there is absolutely no excuse for what he wrote. None. And we live in a society today that I think has lost its way some, at least some folks have, on their willingness to almost accept violence and political violence as a solution."
