Governors misadvised Raila Odinga - Edwin Sifuna

As we push for legal changes to make governors the official accounting officers, Raila is suggesting that CECMs should appear before the Senate. But if that’s the case, why not include chief officers too, since they’re the actual accounting officers and often the masterminds behind corruption? I think he has missed the mark on this one.

We must fight corruption @edwinsifuna ,it doesn't matter who you are, corruption is killing Kenya that's what been want to be done on an emergency gear.
