@doctor_katie @carolvorders the doctors responsible for providing 90% of NHS contacts are about to get thrown under the bus with further pay cuts. Many won’t stick around any longer.

@doctor_katie This is the last time we can do a mass GP strike. Once the government dilutes us with pharmacy first and ARRS etc, future strikes will be less potent. The government knows a mass GP strike would wreck them - but they think we're weak and won't do it.

@doctor_katie There is a clear plan from Katie & the Exec, but they can’t do much without the profession’s help. Let’s get behind them and join @TheBMA . We are all in it together irrespective of the type of GP work we do, so leave the scepticism & take action. @NottsLMC @LMCSupportNet

@doctor_katie You can judge a lot about how the govt views General Practice by this derisory offer. Even if it’s a “low ball” start, it’s a terrible look!

@doctor_katie The Profession is behind you Katie, enough is enough, we are at risk of losing practices which will have an adverse impact on health and wellbeing of our patients and communities especially in deprived areas like Stoke on Trent. @NorthstaffsL

@TheBMA @doctor_katie Look what happened to the NHS dentist’s with an underfunded and financially unviable contract. The writing’s on the wall for NHS General Practice. Unless they offer more funding to cope with an ever increasing 90% of NHS contacts. We are destined for irrevocable change.
