Excellent introduction, clearly articulate and I feel the playing staff will welcome that, love the fact he’s mentioned the academy a couple of times which is so good to hear and love the fact he wants that connection between the squad and supporters. Lots to be positive about.

Never heard Lopitegui speak like this about the club and ambition. Maybe that was impacting on squad.

Fan base charm offensive but no realm indication of what he wants to achieve with the club and players yet. Will wait and see as it's his job to get the best out of the players and play a style that fans want to go and watch as well as getting results.

He is ok in my book, he can engage and we can actually understand him, sick of boring Moyes and Floppy interviews they were so turgid

He has the "up" personally about him. When results go in your favour you don't need it. At this moment in time hammers need it. West ham need to be together fans players officials. Need to embrace this energy and positively.
