This is not the first time security guards are overpowered by criminals in clinics, yet millions in overpriced contracts are paid to these companies. When will provincial @HealthZA departments prioritise employee safety?

Put Male Nurses on night shifts and women on day shifts. Like security companies, they put males at night and women during the day. Also arm the security guards at clinics with real guns.
