As Bishop's daughter and senior communications person, I wish to ask: Should this apply to Churches as well? Like Moses was given Aron as publicist, we need to have trained spokes as dioceses.

Many of these functions come at the end of the financial year with intent to keep spending all the money allocated. They might serve a good purpose but I think we need better services and ground work not seating for tea and speaking alot of English.
