You need to show respect to your opponent cuz anyone who trains knows how tough it can be even if theyre some white belt competing. more good sportsmanship also keeps and encourages more ppl to stay in a sport. Great to see this!!!

first comp as blue belt, had my arm snapped so loudly that my opponents coach was heard on MY film going "holy shit did you hear that" because guy threw on americana so fast i couldnt tap
