I don't know if this was a volunteer project or paid for, but the one thing that made my heart swell was the fact they didn't replace his home, they improved it. They didn't take away his pride, or what he called home, they made it more homie. Now that is respect!

Though this is AI made, assuming if real situation, just exactly where does the sewage line of Frank's mobile home connect to? Because sewage storage tanks in mobile homes have to be flushed out and emptied some place at a certain facility I believe.
