The guy melted the piece of pipe broken off in the fitting and pushed it into the drain line? Nothing whatsoever great about that, no idea why there was a piece glued in to begin with.

That T-fitting doesn't work. It's not a real solution. The real solution is a "reusable pipe cap" with a standard T-fitting.

This plumbing looks like it survived a zombie apocalypse and lost the battle big time.

Damn. Had to do all that BS just to fix a no pressure drip. Could had done that with duct tape and a rubber sleeve. 😂😂😂😂. Did it to mine 30 years ago. Still holding.
