Christina Bobb, who was one of President Trump’s personal lawyers and was on site at Mar-a-Lago right after the FBI raid, argues that the raid gives the DOJ jurisdiction in Florida and it also removes the statute of limitations on the Grand Conspiracy case. “I would argue that the Trump DOJ now has jurisdiction in Florida because I think that original grand jury lends itself to the argument that this was all part of the original conspiracy. President Trump getting Devin Nunes to come back is a big deal. After 1.5 years of no successful Russiagate prosecutions by the DoJ, perhaps he will be able to push through accountability, justice and transparency. This the last chance. Nunes in 2025: “It's a conspiracy, it goes back 10 years, everyone would be caught up in this. What do we know at the highest level now? You've seen recently with the the prosecution of Comey that's occurring in Virginia, that new documents arose that now we have clear evidence, direct evidence, that Comey knew that this was a cover-up for the Clinton email scandal. So if you go back to 2016, the Clinton campaign, the DNC, they're all worried about the emails coming out because they know if the emails come out that Trump is going to easily cruise to election in 2016. What happened at that time is Comey wanted to keep his job. We now know that through information that's been disclosed. But instead of actually taking that information in 2016 and saying, wait a second, we have the Clinton campaign and the DNC involved in a likely criminal activity hoax to dirty up the other campaign, they actually adopted that campaign and they used the weapon, the weaponization of the FBI to target Trump and the Trump campaign that then led into the Trump presidency. Devin Nunes explains various charges that are likely to be brought against Comey and company "On Comey, the answer is for this, it's very specific, and it's over whether or not he lied on this one part. The larger part is whether or not you can bring a Grand Conspiracy case. And there's the law, which is, lying to Congress, lying to the FBI, but there's also a term in there called misleading. And what a lot of these guys did is they made up things using intelligence that didn't exist, but acted like they knew something that actually wasn't there, and they lied and misled the American people. And by doing that, all the times they testified before Congress, the Senate, they lied over and over and again with this, oh, we've seen something, we can't tell you about it because it's classified. But what do we now know by everything that's been declassified is, is that they didn't have any intelligence on Russia colluding with Trump. In fact, the only intelligence that they had is that the Russians were very well aware of Clinton's plan. And they actually not only thought Clinton was going to win, but likely preferred that she would win. So going back to the cover up of her missing emails that, by the way, are still missing, they all got involved in this plan. They all got the FBI exercise.
