As someone who has lived in Colorado for 22 years, I can attest to the fact that as it's gone from red to blue, the crime rate has skyrocketed, along with our utility bills. The homeless have taken over Denver, and we've had multiple deadly Islamist attacks that don't seem to wake up the blue hairs. We may have to move back to Texas. Grrrr.
