Whistleblower who installs cameras for Walmart says that all the cameras outside the stores are being converted to have license plate reading technology New tracking cameras are also being put into stores with expanded capabilities There is also talks by the whistleblower that the checkout cameras will have artificial intelligence that can better track self checkouts The license plate readers will collect the following data: - The plate characters (the number/letters) - An image of the plate (and usually a wider still of the vehicle) - Date and time - Which store / which camera / which entrance or lot zone The images will be retained for 60 days. They can be kept for longer to comply with law enforcement and investigations Walmart will share this data with law enforcement

This is HAPPENING NOW! PalanTYRANNY Police State Just GOT WORSE! School Buses Just Got Recruited Into the Palantyranny Surveillance Army And They're Bringing the Whole Fleet. That friendly yellow school bus that picks up the neighborhood kids? You know, the one without seat belts, but you'll get a healthy fine if you don't wear yours by a motorcycle cop who won't wear his? School buses will soon be logging the license plate, make, model, color, and exact GPS location of every single vehicle they drive past — not just the ones that illegally zip by when the stop-arm is out. Then it hands that data to law enforcement for easy searching. This isn't sci-fi. It's the leaked plan from BusPatrol, the company already running AI stop-arm cameras on tens of thousands of school buses across 24 states. Here's my video with more details:

Can you believe some people don't stop when a bus has its flashers on and its stop signs visible? If drivers continually pass a stopped school bus in Orlando, it is a severe safety hazard. To get drivers to stop, a parent can request automated bus camera enforcement, report the issue to local enforcement, and ensure the stop is legally compliant. Request bus-mounted enforcement cameras: Many Florida school districts, including nearby Brevard and Duval counties, use AI-powered cameras that automatically capture license plates and mail citations to violators. Fines are $200–$400.

Elon Musk once told Jay Leno that the next Tesla Roadster will have an option for rocket thrusters from SpaceX. For acceleration, it drops the license plate. Behind the license plate is a rocket thruster. Kind of unfair from a technology standpoint. Jay asked how that works. He said he doesn’t know when Elon is kidding and when he’s not. Elon - No, in this case I am serious. You’re gonna have rocket thrusters. The main thruster will be behind the license plate. It drops, and that’s the rocket. That is like full-on James Bond.

Okay, today I’m going to be a Karen. This video shows a white SUV being classic left-lane camper which is driving below the posted speed limit in the passing lane. When another driver attempts to pass, they actively prevent them from passing by speeding up and playing games to block them. Should dash-cam footage like this be allowed to be submitted to the authorities so the offending driver can be fined? We already have red-light cameras and other automated systems that issue tickets for road violations. Why not allow clear, obvious violations captured on private dash cams to be enforced the same way? Is that a yay or nay for you?

American shows that the new Flock cameras in Tennessee aren’t being installed correctly The Tennessee Department of Transportation granting approval for these cameras he’s showing specifically based on the use of the approved crashworthy slip plate hardware Flock cameras did the tests, presented the slip plate hardware as what would be installed and then once they got approved they’re just installing them with concrete The reason why this is dangerously is because if a vehicle crashes into one of the polls with a camera, the slip plate is designed to break away. It will do less damage to the vehicle and driver The current poles they’re installing are actually extremely dangerous. In a crash they can cause “spearing” and be fatal These are legitimate concerns about roadside hardware compliance, and they are not being followed. The proof is right here Again this is serious. It’s deadly

This is an incredible video from Polk County (FL) Sheriff Grady Judd on Flock cameras. It's long but it's a must-watch. "The license plate readers, known as 'Flock,' is the single best tool to keep people safe and to find those that have run away from or driven away because of Alzheimer's or dementia." "We don't need to do away with the best tool to keep you safe. But what we need is the guardrails that the professional agencies have to include us inculcated in state law. Not just about the license plate readers known as flock, not just about the toll cameras, not just about the red light cameras, not just about the speed cameras in the school zones, not just about the cameras on the school buses, but all of the technology. We need to have robust rules that ensure your privacy, ensure an auditing process, and ensure an accountability process." "There are those that are concerned, 'Well, they know where I'm going.' Well, let's make sure we have this all put together. There are license plate readers that read your tag number when you're on the toll road. It knows where you're going. There's red light cameras that read your tag number. They know where you're going. There's school speed cameras that read your tag number. They know where you're going." "The body cameras record your face. The body cameras comes into your private business. But not one word about them. And they invade your privacy every day and every time there's a police officer there. Not one word about the cameras on the patrol cars that also have license plate readers." "There's cameras on school buses that read your tag number when you stopped past school buses. They know where you're going. So the bottom line is we've picked out flock, this one series of cameras that's the least invasive of all of them." "I'm never going to apologize for saving lives and solving crime."

Another conspiracy theory proven true The FLOCK cameras being installed all over America, “It’s not just a license plate reader” Cobb County Board of Commissioners ‘This is just a license plate reader. Flock Safety's network now has more than 120,000 cameras across 49 states “Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have criticized the abuses of Flock technology, with some calling for legislation to bar federal funding for license plate readers. However, half of all states don't have any laws on the books related to license plate readers” It’s time to just outright ban Flock cameras nationwide No one consents to always being under mass surveillance. The issue is how easily it would be to insanely abuse this camera network if you get a tyrannical government in power Also the issue of expanding on these cameras, it will be very easily to keep growing this network, put them everywhere and become a mass surveillance state

New mass surveillance technology is being deployed in America, it will track Americans via Bluetooth connection from their devices If “you thought Flock was bad, something even more terrifying is being installed all over America. It's made by a defense contractor called Leonardo, and here's what it does” So the biggest problem with these LPRs, license plate readers like Flock, is that it needs to use a license plate to identify you This company has found a way around that They've made a device that can be installed next to any existing license plate reader that once it's installed, that next time they pull your license plate, it will pull all the unique Bluetooth identifiers from all the smart devices in your car. But it doesn’t stop there, it gets worse Once they have those devices, they link them to you via your license plate, and now they never need to scan your license plate again. These new sensors can be installed anywhere, and they can even see who's traveling with you It’s made by Leonardo DRS, they are a defense and technology company that works with U.S. military, law enforcement and intelligence agencies These devices are reportedly being deployed or tested in various US cities alongside existing LPR networks It’s called SignalTrace and it can be easily added onto any existing camera of their or Flock It’s described as “An advanced intelligence system that upgrades standard license plate readers to track people by their smart devices they carry, rather than just by their vehicles This is insane and should be federally banned. This is the surveillance state

I am sure it may vary by area but I never heard of a law that states your car has to have a license plate on it at all times even when being parked. A group of friends took off the license plate of their car to take pictures. Some cops came by and cited them for it. I don’t think everyone knows about this law, so if I’m say waxing my car and want to take the plate off so I can get to areas around it better, an officer can come by and cite me for it? I know I don’t have to have a front plate anymore and even when I started driving years ago I never kept a front plate on it and only got warnings for it. Maybe these friends are being trivial but have you heard of this? Do you think you should get a ticket if your parked car doesn’t have a plate? Thinking about it, maybe it’s because the plate is an identifying piece of the car, so if anything happens a plate is required for identification purposes. That’s my take on this, I can’t think of any other reason.

🏫School is back!🚸 That means more school buses will be on our roads. • When the amber lights are flashing, the bus is slowing down - be prepared to stop. • When the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is out, you MUST stop in both directions. • Never pass a stopped school bus when it's loading or unloading children. #SchoolBusSafety #BackToSchool ^tk

This is horrifying New information shows the Flock cameras wants to work with Uber and Lyft to have their millions of dash cams send all that live data back to flock “An incredibly dystopian Flock proposition just got leaked today. 404 Media released an article on it. Now, we all know Flock is bad, but even myself, I don't think we're cognizant on how much worse it could get and how quickly. In this leak, it detailed a presentation that Flock showed to the Georgia AG, trying to convince them to let them link to all Uber and Lyft cars, over three hundred and fifty thousand of them. Now, what you might not know is that every single Uber and Lyft has to have a live dash cam built into their car. So Flock wanted to link with those and have them start scanning plates and link it back to the Flock system. Now, this did not happen, but that's not to say it won't “ Uber and Lyft cameras already capture clear license-plate video and generate trillions of images Flock wanted to pull plate data and vehicle fingerprint details from those mobile cameras This would mean instead of only fixed pole-mounted ALPRs at intersections, you’d have 350,000+ to potentially millions of moving cameras filling gaps across cities and regions in near real time The ultimate mass surveillance live network

Americans are under surveillance Roughly 40,000-60,000 cameras have been placed throughout 42 states that are tagging your vehicle and entering it into a database to track you “These cameras capture more than your license. They can capture the interior of your vehicle as you drive by these cameras, especially the positioning of the camera and it's legal (Attorney shows a picture of what one of these “Flock Cameras” looks like, when you see it you’ll instantly recognize it. They’re everywhere) “So what happens is this camera captures your tag and when it captures your tag is able to detect where your vehicle has been anywhere in the United States where there are flock cameras. If you're in Georgia and you travel to New York, every time your vehicle tag gets captured by a flock camera, it is entered into a database and they are able to track it.”

Please see this video and press release regarding Flock cameras in Knox County. Video transcript: Hello, this is Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs. Today, I am urging our Commission to prohibit the use of Flock cameras and similar devices in our County. For those of you who don't know, these cameras, technically called Automated License Plate Readers, are motion activated and take a picture of every car which passes by. While License Plate Readers have been around for a while, because of AI and vastly increased networking and data retention capacities, these Flock cameras have capabilities not even imagined in the past. Older cameras only took a photo of your license plate, which was then retained for a short time. Flock cameras take a photo of your place, but also use AI to catalogue distinguishing features of your vehicle: make, color, model, even bumper stickers. That data is stored in a searchable database for sometimes up to a month or more, depending on the policies of that particular agency. When these cameras are deployed in large numbers, they create a network that can be used to track your movements. Currently, there is no federal regulatory framework governing these devices in place, and the Tennessee laws regulating them were written over a decade ago. My fear is that may be inadvertantly creating a warrantless mass surveillance system and undermining the privacy and Liberty of our people. So I urge the Tennessee General Assembly and the United States Congress to look at this issue and take neccessary action to safeguard our privacy and civil liberties as these new technologies continue to emerge. Thank you.

Watch the exact moment a traffic stop went from a citation to an arrest over a single piece of plastic. An officer pulls the driver over, stating she failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The driver refuses to physically hand over her driver's license to the officer. Instead, she holds it up so the officer can see the information but refuses to surrender physical possession of the license. She cites a belief that she is not legally required to "hand" the officer her license. The officer repeatedly explains that he needs to hold it to verify it as part of the traffic stop. The driver continues to refuse, and the officer orders her to step out of the vehicle. The driver eventually steps out of the vehicle after a lengthy debate about the law and her rights. The video concludes with the driver outside her vehicle, continuing to argue her legal stance with the officers and getting arrested for resisting and obstructing law enforcement. The Conflict Over "Presenting" a License In Florida, as in many states, the requirement to "present" or "submit" a driver's license is not interpreted as merely showing it from a distance. Law enforcement requires physical possession of the document for several operational reasons: Authentication: Officers must verify the security features of the card (holograms, tactile elements, etc.) to ensure it is not a counterfeit or an altered document. Database Verification: To complete a traffic stop investigation, the officer must run the license through the FCIC/NCIC (Florida Crime Information Center / National Crime Information Center) databases. This check verifies the status of the license (valid, suspended, revoked) and checks for outstanding warrants or other issues. An officer cannot perform this background check without the license number and/or the ability to scan the card. The Charge of "Resisting Without Violence" While the driver may have provided other documentation, the refusal to surrender the driver's license for verification is viewed by law enforcement as a failure to comply with a lawful order during a traffic stop. The Legal Trigger: Under Florida Statute § 843.02, an officer can charge a person with "resisting an officer without violence" if they believe the individual is obstructing them in the "lawful execution of any legal duty." The Interpretation of Obstruction: If an officer determines that the driver's refusal to hand over the license prevents them from completing the mandatory identification and background check, they may consider the driver to be intentionally obstructing their investigation. The Escalation: Even if the driver was cooperative in other aspects, the persistent refusal to comply with the officer’s instruction to hand over the license can lead to a formal detention and, ultimately, an arrest. The arrest is typically made because the officer determines that the driver is willfully impeding their ability to perform their official duties. In court, defense attorneys often argue whether a driver's actions constituted "obstruction" or merely a misunderstanding, but the outcome is highly dependent on the judge's interpretation of whether the driver’s refusal effectively stopped the officer from performing their duties.

🚨BREAKING: In the Chicago suburbs, an ICE agent assaults a teenager for filming his vehicle, and pointing out that it illegally has no license plate. In the video, a U.S. citizen is peacefully filming an ICE vehicle, that is sitting in a parking lot. He walks to the back of the SUV to document that it has no license plate. That’s when the ICE agent jumps out, screaming, “Get away from my vehicle!” while aggressively charging toward the teenager. The teenager immediately backs away, but the ICE agent keeps walking at him, tries to trip the teenager , and continues yelling… even though neither of them are anywhere near the vehicle anymore. Filming government officials performing their duties, in public, is protected by the First Amendment. That protection doesn’t disappear just because the official doesn’t like being recorded. An officer also can’t lawfully use physical force simply because someone is filming them. Using force, to stop someone from recording, is a violation of that person’s constitutional rights. And let’s not ignore the reason the ICE agent got out of his car in the first place... Illinois law requires vehicles, driven on public roads, to display valid registration plates. This ICE vehicle is not following that law. So, if your first instinct, when someone records your conduct, is to assault them… you’re proving exactly why the public is recording in the first place.

A routine traffic stop turned into something much bigger after one small license check. An officer ran the license plate on a vehicle and learned the registered owner, Valerie, had a suspended driver's license after failing to pay a traffic ticket. After stopping the vehicle, Valerie appeared genuinely surprised that her license had been suspended. As the conversation continued, the officer noticed she seemed unusually anxious and that one of her hands showed signs of physical wear. Valerie explained she had been doing construction work on a house, but the officer believed her behavior and the marks on her hand warranted further investigation. A second officer arrived to assist, and Valerie was placed under arrest for driving with a suspended license. Because no licensed driver was available to take the vehicle and it was being impounded, officers conducted a standard inventory search—a procedure used to document the contents of a vehicle before it is towed. Although Valerie repeatedly objected, officers explained the search was required under department policy and did not require her consent. During the inventory, officers located multiple paraphernalia in the vehicle's center console. Valerie was ultimately charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of drug paraphernalia under Florida law, in addition to the suspended-license violation.
