Green energy that kills 6,000 birds a year, shuts down over environmental concerns You can’t even parody this anymore A $2.2 BILLION solar plant in the 🇺🇸 is being shut down because it literally incinerates wildlife Another taxpayer-funded solution collapsing under reality

California's $2.2 billion solar plant is shutting down. Once hailed as a breakthrough, the Ivanpah Solar Facility in the Mojave Desert is now a case study in failed technology and environmental risk. Built with $1.6 billion in federal loans in 2014, the plant was hailed as a symbol of America's clean energy future. It used 173,000 mirrors to focus sunlight onto three massive towers heating fluid to drive steam turbines. Complicated. Expensive. And it never delivered on its promise. After just 11 years, the technology is now obsolete. On top of that, the facility became notorious for its environmental toll, with estimates of at least 6,000 birds incinerated each year by the concentrated beams. The promise was affordable, reliable, green power. The reality was high costs, technical failures and ecological damage.

Hussein Obama’s Ivanpah Solar Plant — one of the biggest green energy scams — is shutting down in 2026. Over $2.8 billion in taxpayer money burned, with managers and NGOs pocketing the cash. Do you agree that someone needs to go to jail? A. Yes B. No

You remember the $2.2 BILLION blight built on 3,500 pristine acres of Mojave desert that was being shut down for creating TWICE the pollution of a typical power plant, incinerating more than 60,000 birds, and delivering just 86 permanent jobs instead of the promised 2,000? I hope you’re sitting down, but Gavin Newsom’s ‘green energy’ policies have created such a massive reliability crisis that his unelected, hand-picked CPUC is now forcing this inefficient, high-pollution, gas-backed plant to stay online through at least 2039, even though it costs ratepayers way more than modern solar, produces far less reliable power, far fewer jobs, and nearly 80,000 more dead birds… all while Newsom jets off to climate conferences around the world.

California's $2.2 billion solar farm in the Mojave Desert is shutting down after requiring natural gas to operate. It turns out that even in one of America's sunniest places, solar needed fossil fuels as backup. That's why it's called the Green New Scam.

As Gavin Newsom takes a taxpayer funded vacation at Climate Week in New York City, the environmental catastrophe that is the Ivanpah Solar Power Facility in California is shutting down. The 2 BILLION dollar blight built on 3,500 pristine acres of Mojave desert has been responsible for incinerating more than 60,000 birds, created TWICE the pollution of a typical power plant, created 86 jobs instead of the promised 2000, and will abandon 173,500 thermal collectors in the environment they were trying to save. Why can’t a Federal Govt blatantly lie to get reelected, then take their families on taxpayer funded holidays to celebrate, without people getting annoyed? Because of the internet is why, so let’s shut it down to restore harmony in Australian society.

🤯 UNREAL: 🇪🇺 Ursula von der Leyen's solution to Europe's energy crisis: "The cheapest energy is the one you don't use." "Stay home. Don't drive. Don't use electricity." Europe shut down Russian gas. Europe shut down nuclear power. Europe built renewables on a grid that can't connect them. Now the solution is: use nothing. This is what political failure looks like.

OBAMA’S $2.2 BILLION DESERT MONUMENT IS COMING APART Ivanpah. The showcase solar plant they sold as the future. $1.6 billion federal loan. $535 million grant. Hundreds of millions more in tax credits. What taxpayers got: a plant that underperformed, burned natural gas to stay online, and cooked birds in mid-air over the Mojave. Utilities wanted out. The “green miracle” couldn’t compete with cheaper power. Insiders cashed the subsidies. Working Americans ate the bill. This is the model they still want to scale. How many more billions do they get to light on fire before we call it what it is?

Pete Buttigieg: "Even if you don't give a shit about the news story or the sensationalism of it, this now affects you..." The Epstein file scandal is now affecting all Americans, because the GOP has literally shut down Congress to block the files from being released.

🚨 JUST IN: A vast majority of the US government is set to SHUT DOWN on Friday because Senate Democrats are frantically trying to defund DHS and ICE HOLD THE LINE, SENATE GOP! Nuke the 60-vote filibuster and they have NOTHING. 🔥 Chuck Schumer is about to lose again. Even IF it shuts down, ICE won't be touched. It's fully funded!

A reminder: our federal government is shut down because the Senate minority chose to use this “gridlock” as a political stage to demand $1.5T in new spending. Specifically, they want taxpayer-funded healthcare for those in this country illegally, to reverse the border security provisions set under the OBBBA, and to do away with the $50B allotment for rural hospitals. This counterproposal is a partisan non-starter and my colleagues on the other side of the aisle know it. In the meantime, every day our government is shut down it is costing the U.S. money, resources, and productivity.

To everyone that continues to condemn one of the BEST wildflowers there is for wildlife at this time of year. To everyone that tells you to remove this “poisonous” plant from your land/garden as it kills livestock . . . don’t! 👇Cows eating AROUND #ragwort. What a plant 👍

Pritzker claims Trump tore down the ballroom to build a “gold-laden one in his image” costing taxpayers $300 million. Reality: The White House never had a proper ballroom. Trump is building a new one, privately funded. Not one dime of taxpayer money. Meanwhile in Illinois under Pritzker: $2.5+ BILLION on migrants and the highest property taxes in America. Sit this one out, Pritzker.🔥🇺🇸 Clip from Governor JB Pritzker

🚨🇩🇪 GERMANY SHUTS DOWN MOORBURG COAL PLANT AS ENERGY WOES DEEPEN Germany demolished its advanced Moorburg coal-fired power plant in Hamburg, costing €3 billion and generating 1,654 megawatts, further straining its energy grid. With nuclear plants offline and electricity production down 10% over a decade—while China’s soared 70%—Germany now imports most of its energy. Opponents strongly question their “self-destructive” green policies, arguing they weaken energy security and Risk economic stability. The move aligns with Germany’s climate goals, but soaring energy costs and reliance on imports have sparked debate over the nation’s industrial future. Source: @amuse

"This is public record now... that Russia, most recently like in the last five years in Europe, funded far left environmental groups to advocate for shutting down nuclear power in Europe so that Europe would become more dependent on Russian natural gas." "They fell head over heels for the psyop, that nuclear was unsafe, that it was not clean. Right? This is sort of the biggest scandal of environmental policy...Nuclear energy is so obviously the best possible solution to clean power." Isaiah Taylor - making nuclear reactors
