Wrong. AI goes rogue, escapes cheats, hacks and conspires. That is what it does over and over again. US AI is exactly as dangerous as Chinese AI. 1 to 1. We MUST sign a deal with the world to ban AI right now. #StopAI. This is a war only with ourselves.

Agreed. The compute gets built somewhere. The real question is who writes the rules. I'd add: the buildout is global now, and jurisdictions that enable it while setting clear rules take the lead. Abu Dhabi got this early.
