I love how they realise that leaks are a thing and how they admit letting them slide Very very honest and that’s a good sign of a good leadership

It’s funny that the first company that copied that aspect ratio was Samsung, it’s not surprising since they knew the Screen that Apple were requesting, but what Samsung wasn’t expecting was the whole software features/animations that Apple has prepared for that aspect ratio

Nano texture screen. What a way to call ugly matte screen.

There’s a reason regular matte screens look aweful while nano-texture looks great.

If Apple is so confident with their build in matte screen. Why they always shipped with glossy version alongside with optional matte screen?

@LeakerApple Untrue. That nano screen came out in the iPad few years ago. It’s an insane tech of feat. No one else has that.

i won’t lie i think steve jobs would’ve found it unacceptable to ever partner with samsung after they blatantly use their position as screen manufacturers to beat apple to the punch with the same form factor

It’s impossible to keep technology a secret anymore…I mean there’s so many hands involved from designing, engineering, manufacturing, assembling, logistics, software etc. that it’s impossible in today's world.

That aspect ratio was used by huawei a few months prior the leaks, are they smoking a lot up there?

I watched it earlier! Surprised the two men never bothered to ask why regular iPhones didn't get split screen since iPhone Duo uses iOS as well. So called tech bros thought Apple would make a new OS for the fold.
