@BaddCompani Please contact your state police agency. They can intervene if locals aren’t doing their job. As retired LE & behavioral analyst, I am extremely concerned for several reasons. In the interim, DOCUMENT. Also, pursue a restraining order and use that toward criminal relief.

@GreshamPD yall need to do something about this. Seriously you could at least get him put on a psychological hold at least until he gets evaluated so they can get time to get out of there . He's literally brandishing weapons.

This is the property management parent company. I wouldn't waste my time with the onsite managers.

A landlord's failure to respond to this looks like a constructive eviction to me under OR landlord/tenant law. This mother/daughter should seek a tenant's rights org. and/or a local attorney with their agreement. It looks like a landlord might want to pay them a handsome sum!
