General Grievous is one of the coolest Star Wars characters ever until you realize that he was legitimately defeated by a bunch of Gungans throwing boomas at him in an episode of The Clone Wars

Still really appreciate that the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series gave us a brief glimpse of what it was like for a pre-injured General Grievous to train under Count Dooku

The Clone Wars gave Clone Trooper 99 one of the most meaningful deaths in Star Wars. A clone who spent years being told he wasn’t fit for battle ends up sacrificing himself during the Battle of Kamino. By the end, nobody questions whether he was a soldier.

This bit from the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series where General Grievous gets comedically yanked away by a train on Coruscant is still one of the funniest things to ever happen in Star Wars.

Still find it interesting that the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series actually showed us General Grievous kidnapping Chancellor Palpatine prior to the opening of Revenge of the Sith.

Maul VS Ahsokas lightsaber duel during the Siege of Mandalore Clone Wars arc is truly one of the best saber duels in ALL of Star Wars. The mocap movements make it look SO clean. Watching this episode for the first time was absolutely insane 😭😭

I love how Palpatine still calls him "friend" like he used to call Anakin when he was manipulating him during the Clone Wars.

I know it’s not canon anymore… but I’ve always loved this scene of General Grievous getting his iconic cough in the OG Clone Wars 2D Mini series The animation is so peak!!!

We all know Kit Fisto should've lasted longer against Palpatine.💀 After watching him take on General Grievous in The Clone Wars, it's hard to believe he went out that quickly....
