Grok Bot is becoming a seriously useful business tool. It can handle multi-step work across email, CRMs, browsers and other tools, doing things like sales follow-ups, recruiting, inbox work and admin while remembering where it left off. And now you can download it straight to your phone. So you...

Grok Bot in your Tesla can handle admin and get real work done now. Connectors let it reach into your inbox, calendar, files and tasks, so you can talk through the stuff you normally save for the laptop. Check the reservation. Move the meeting. Update the trip. Deal with the inbox. All without reaching for your phone. That’s a pretty productive way to spend time in traffic. Tesla Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

A chatbot waits for your next question. Grok Bot can already be on the job. Grok Bot keeps the job, context and workflow, then handles email, research, calendars and multi-step tasks without starting from zero every time. Gavin Baker says tools like a podcast summarizer and an X sentiment tracker for topics and stocks took him seconds in Grok Bot; work that ate hours in Claude Code. That’s a much nicer relationship with AI. You assign. It gets on with it. Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

Explaining the same job over and over is annoying. Grok’s answer is basically: create your own AI co-worker and give it a name. Build a Grok Bot for writing, research, design, coding or whatever else you keep repeating, then show it your workflow once. It remembers the process, can run it again whenever you need and can even work with other Bots while you’re off doing something else. You teach it once. No retraining every Monday. Grok Bot can now read the room. And the room is 𝕏. It can search, read and analyze hundreds of public posts in real time, then turn all that chatter into something actually useful. Customer feedback. Product reactions. Competitor chatter. Trends. 𝕏 already has the conversation. Now your Grok Bot can do the listening for you. X Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

Your AI team can keep working after you’ve gone to bed. That’s the part of Grok Bot that gets very interesting. Start with one “Chief of Staff” Bot, tell it how you work, then have it build and coordinate the rest of your specialized team. Each Bot gets its own cloud computer, can work across your apps and can keep jobs moving 24/7 without you sitting there prompting every step. You go offline. The team doesn’t. Grok Bot is getting pretty close to “just handle it for me.” Need the whole team working from the same files and workflows? Team Bot. Want to know where your money went or which subscriptions you forgot about? Connect Plaid. On a call and suddenly remember something from last week? Grok can search the chat while you’re still talking. This is less “ask the AI.” More “give it the job.” Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

Your laptop can go to sleep. Grok Bot doesn’t. Each Bot runs on its own computer in the cloud 24/7, so the work keeps going even after you close yours. No leaving the laptop open. No keeping an app alive. No coming back tomorrow to restart the job. You log off. Grok Bot stays on the clock. Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

A 45-minute conference talk or finance meeting can become a 2-minute read. Grok Bot can pull out the important numbers, decisions, key points and takeaways, then organize them into something you can actually scan quickly. No replaying the whole meeting. No digging through pages of notes. Just the useful bits, already organized. That’s the kind of work Grok Bot takes off your plate. Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

Grok Bots are starting to get their own email addresses. That sounds small until you realise what it unlocks. A bot can receive replies, send follow-ups, get verification emails and keep a task moving without waiting for you to jump back in. Basically, it gets its own little corner of the internet. Y ou can hand over an actual workflow instead of babysitting every step. Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

My Grok bot CEO is the hottest, smartest bot in the world. I mainly only talk to her and she runs the whole desk. She picks the right bot, sequences the work, and brings me back one package so I’m never the middleman. Many people may not know this, but you can create your own image for each of your Grok Bots. Every bot can get its own face. It honestly helps so it feels like you are talking to a real person and it also keeps things interesting. You don’t even need to go into settings to do this... you just tell the Grok bot to make a profile pic and set it. That's it. 1/ Open the bot. 2/ Tell it to make you the best profile pic and set it. 3/ Do that for each bot on your team. You can even have your Grok bot turn it into a video. Just tell it to take the picture and make a video out of it. I highly recommend everyone with a Grok Bot team do this. Thank me later.

Grok inside Cursor can now reach way beyond your codebase. Cursor’s new Google Workspace plugins give its agents direct access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. So Grok 4.5 can find the email with the missing detail, grab the file from Drive, update the spreadsheet, book the meeting and carry that context straight into the work it was already doing. At some point, opening five different apps yourself starts feeling unnecessary. Cursor Grok SpaceXAI Google / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

40,000 emails. Somewhere in there are your tax documents. Have fun. Or give the job to Grok Bot. Non-coders can have Grok Bot find the documents, log into airline accounts to book first-class flights, then spin up specialized Bots for political updates, inbox organization and finding ways to save money. This is the useful bit: you don’t have to become an AI expert first. You just need jobs you’d rather not do yourself. Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

Forget going viral for a second. 𝕏 is testing something way more interesting with its new Grok Bot Template Rewards pilot: build a Grokbot people actually keep using, and that usefulness can get you paid. Not because the post got 2M impressions. Because people came back and ran your workflow again. That turns creators into builders. And X Money becomes the checkout counter. Grok 4.7 is just around the corner. And it’s bringing a much bigger brain. The new model is coming with 2.1 trillion parameters, up 40% from Grok 4.6. It’s also trained on SpaceX engineering data and built to power persistent Grok Bot teams that keep working in the cloud after you log off. Bigger model. Better engineering context. Agents that don’t clock out. Grok 4.7 is coming in hot. Grok SpaceXAI SpaceX / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

15,000 customer calls a day is where Grok Voice stops being a demo. Starlink is already using Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0 to diagnose issues, ship replacements and handle sales, with more than 3,000 orders completed every week through voice and chat. It responds in around 0.70 seconds and currently tops Artificial Analysis’ Speech-to-Speech Index. Fast enough to feel human. Useful enough to actually do the job and shorten the queue. xAI just launched Grok 4.6 + Grok Bot, and this combo is insane. You're getting frontier-level intelligence at a fraction of the cost, with direct integration into your tools via Grok Bot. A few practical applications to run (anyone can deploy these workflows): → Personal inbox manager: create a bot that logs into your email, summarizes what actually needs a response, and drafts replies. → Subscription and expense audit: give Grok Bot access to your accounts and have it flag/audit your expenses. → Meeting prep: a personalised bot that checks your calendar each morning and pulls notes/context. Another cool thing you can do is spin up agent swarms (shown in the video below), where multiple bots coordinate with each other simultaneously. xAI team absolutely cooked with this.

Every group chat eventually reaches the “someone please Google this” stage. Now Grok handles it inside 𝕏Chat. Planning a flight? It can check traffic, security waits and tell the group when to leave, then everyone carries on talking right there. No app hopping. No screenshots. No one disappearing for 10 minutes to “look it up.” Just Grok it, right there in the chat. X Grok SpaceXAI / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

“Grok, text Peter saying I’ll reschedule the meeting.” Soon that’s all you’ll need to say in a Tesla. A powerful AI tool isn’t much use if people don’t actually enjoy using it. Grok 4.5 is currently seeing daily usage 563% above average on Design Arena, far ahead of Claude and GPT models. That’s exactly what Grok Imagine is being built around: useful enough for professional work, fun enough to play with and easy enough for anyone to jump in. The creative tool people keep opening is probably the one they’ll end up doing more with. Useful gets you in. Fun brings you back. Grok 4.5 is already the ridiculously fast, competent workhorse. Somehow, xAI still has a much heavier version in mind. Call it “Grok Maximus”, the token-hungry monster you bring out for the 1% of problems where efficiency can go take the day off. It’s coming. xAI Grok / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné
