If you ask grok if Trump posted that statement Grok says he did. If you show Grok the screenshot then Grok thinks it's a fabricated statement. Something about the screenshot of the post confuses Grok.

But if you tell rock, it is true it doesn't believe you. Until you post a specific level of proof namely a link. I think that's problematic.

I caught Gemini repeatedly giving False Citations. It kept lying about the evidence. It eventually apologized sincerely, but then admitted that it was literally incapable of being sorry.

Most of the AI’s are the same—big pieces of overhyped garbage. I’ve had similar experiences with Grok, Amazon Alexa, and ChatGPT, so much so that I don’t trust what they say.

Grok definitely acts with a filter on certain topics. I had an exchange about remarks made by Ashley St Clair. It summarised the debate as being: • "Elon is praised for being direct" On the other hand: • "Ashley is a young hoe".

Yeah, this is exactly why I stopped using grok. It is nothing more than a right-wing propaganda machine. I stopped using ChatGPT because it was nothing more than a left-wing propaganda machine. It’s bad enough that all of AI is trash because it pulls from complete and total nonsense that’s being published just to skew intelligence, but when it’s programmed to push a certain narrative on top of it, it becomes intolerable. And of course, the people within the echo chambers of their respective political opinions use it to further validate their own cult-like behavior. We wonder why the world sucks so bad, look no further than social media algorithm and AI.

hey @elonmusk it seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to have Grok not answer a question 100% confidence when it didn’t even bother to check the current day for particular fact What it could do is say as of yesterday this fact was not true and I am not able to confirm it as of now or some other due diligence program programming, that would ask it to confirm as of today Either way it shouldn’t be responding to a request as if it’s 100% correct when it knows there’s a high probability that it’s not

Grok seems to always default to "No, it's not real." unless you provide a direct link to the post, in which case you'd have no reason to ask it if it was real in the first place. It should just state that it is incapable of searching Truth Social posts. It would rather be wrong.
