So defy it. It’s not hard - don’t just protest against it. Tell gun owners in the state to actively defy these bills if they get passed. Mass civil disobedience is key.

The state can't run a sex offender registry. But they think they can keep track of what will end up being millions of privately owned guns?

In this case, the bill forces law enforcement to place staff in locally funded administrative firearm database maintenance/operation roles. Less cost to the state govt to add more mandates after establishing annualized personnel infrastructure.
